Responsibilities
- Supervising, coaching and training Team Members
- Develop rapport with the client contact and become the single point of contact
- Plan and prepare Team Member work schedules
- Implement 4M Operational Playbook
- Maintain accurate building/facility records
- Promote a safe work environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experience
- Able to manage multiple projects at once
- Able to communicate effectively in speech and writing
- Strong drive for results
- A sense of urgency
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Able to lead an operations team for a specific client
- Able to analyze issues and create solutions
