The Opportunity
HUB’s Customer Service professionals provide critical support to customers through account management, claims management, client oversight, and underwriting services. You will work with some of the industry's top talent to guide and support customer needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the entire account-service process
- Market to carriers
- Prepare quotes and proposals
- Prepare/present proposals to clients
- Participate in client meetings/presentations with Producer(s)
- Oversee the processing of enrollments/changes/terms
- Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders
- Respond to/resolve escalated client issues
- Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
- Coordinate premium financing and the collection of premiums
- Maintain accurate and organized account files
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- High school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)
- At least 5+ years of related commercial lines insurance experience
- Managing the risks for construction clients
- Currently licensed in good standing
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated presentation skills
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000k depending on geographical location and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
