The Opportunity
HUB’s Customer Service professionals provide critical support to our customers through account management, claims management, day-to-day client oversight, and underwriting services. You will work with some of the industry’s top talent to guide and support our customers' needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the entire account-service process
- Market to carriers
- Prepare quotes and proposals
- Prepare/present proposals to clients
- Participate in client meetings/presentations with Producer(s)
- Oversee the processing of enrollments/changes/terms
- Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders
- Respond to/resolve escalated client issues
- Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
- Coordinate premium financing and the collection of premiums
- Maintain accurate and organized account files
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- High school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)
- At least 5+ years of related commercial lines insurance experience
- Managing the risks for construction clients
- Currently licensed in good standing
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated presentation skills
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
