About the role

The Account Manager I is a key member of a dynamic sales team responsible for maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships with small and medium-sized customers. This role involves daily interaction with the assigned customer territory using digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains existing business by developing an understanding of the customer’s business and supply chain through research and customer interaction, analyzing customer needs and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborates with internal teams, including sales counterparts and operations, to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
  • Engages regularly with customers to ensure they understand the service offerings and maximize the utilization of products and services.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree/equivalent OR 4 years of business-to-business sales experience OR 1 year of the Company's business-to-business sales experience required.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Communication Skills, Product Knowledge, Solution Building, Time Management, Organization, Self-Motivation, Adaptability, Problem Solving, Business Acumen, Ability to build and maintain client relationships, Leveraging Technology.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Quantifiable & Measurable Sales Achievements, Sales Experience using Digital tools/CRM.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must meet one of the following: Bachelor's degree/equivalent OR Four (4) years of business-to-business sales experience OR one (1) year of the Company's business-to-business sales experience required.

Benefits

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.

Pay: $18.82 - $35.05/hourly

Additional Details: Hybrid – In office Monday – Thursday, Remote work Friday
