About the role
The Account Manager I will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients
- Identify and address client needs and concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements
- Monitor and report on client performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
