Account Manager, Hospital Sales (Sacramento, CA) (Field Sales role)

About the role

This field-based sales role will focus on managing a hospital territory across the Sacramento area, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through both equipment and consumable solutions. You will partner closely with clinical specialists and internal stakeholders to support technology adoption, ensure account compliance, and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively. The role requires a consultative approach, strong forecasting discipline, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory performance and achieve sales goals for equipment and consumables
• Develop and execute territory plans to grow revenue
• Provide accurate quarterly sales forecasts
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialists to drive technology adoption
• Maintain account compliance and pursue incremental business opportunities
• Resolve customer issues through timely investigations and corrective actions
• Keep CRM records updated with account data and pipeline opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of sales experience in a complex environment
• 2+ years of hospital sales experience
• Proven track record in consultative and capital equipment sales
• Strong understanding of clinical sales processes

Compensation

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
