Account Manager - Hematology (Tampa, FL)
About the role
The Account Manager - Hematology position is part of BeOne's ongoing growth and seeks experienced professionals with a passion for fighting cancer. The role involves promoting BeOne’s Hematology products, training healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with drug laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Promote BeOne’s Hematology products through targeted physician calls.
- Train and educate physician support staff on proper use and handling of BeOne’s Hematology products.
- Maintain communication with BeOne’s Market Access Team and coordinate activities as needed.
- Identify and address customer changes, allocating appropriate resources as necessary.
- Complete all required product knowledge coursework and LMS/Compliance Wire assignments.
- Perform administrative tasks such as reporting call activity, submitting expenses, and assisting with issue resolution.
- Support compliance with BeOne policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with prior pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- At least 8 years of pharmaceutical sales and sales management experience, with significant Hematology experience.
- Strong self-management and independent work style.
- Results-oriented with a strategic focus on sales.
- Experience in specialty sales, understanding of reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Proficiency in CRM software and proven track record of use.
- Ability to develop new business and handle challenges.

Pay
$170,200.00 - $215,200.00 annually
Schedule
Requires daily and overnight travel up to 50-75% of the time.
