Account Manager – Full Time Roles Starting Spring/Summer 2027
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (intro). Responsibilities (list). Required Qualifications (maybe Requirements). Preferred Qualifications (maybe Qualifications). Skills (maybe from preferred). Benefits (list). Pay (Compensation Range). Schedule (on-site four days a week, remote one day). Also note we must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include the intro paragraphs as prose under About the role. Then Responsibilities as - . Then Requirements (maybe Required Qualifications) as
- . Then Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications) as
- . Then Skills (maybe combine some of preferred qualifications that are skill-based). But we can also treat Skills as separate section if there is content. The posting includes "Ability to manage multiple priorities..." etc. Those are skills. We could put them under Skills. But we also have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. The instruction says use headings for those categories if content exists. We'll include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (Required Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Skills (maybe we can merge with Qualifications? But better to separate if there is distinct skill list). However the preferred qualifications list includes skills: ability to manage multiple priorities, strong analytical, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, enjoy solutions-driven work, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, proven leadership, values diverse environment. Those are skills/qualities. Could be placed under Skills. We'll keep Qualifications for education/experience? Actually Required Qualifications includes bachelor's degree and experience using customer perspective. That's more like Requirements. Preferred Qualifications are skills. So we can map: Requirements = Required Qualifications. Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications? But then Skills maybe redundant. The instruction says we can have sections for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide based on content. Let's create:
- About the role (intro)
- Responsibilities (duties)
- Requirements (Required Qualifications)
- Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications) maybe treat as Qualifications.
- Skills (maybe we can extract skill-based items from Preferred Qualifications, but we could also omit Skills if we think it's redundant. However we have content that could go under Skills: ability to manage multiple priorities, strong analytical, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, enjoy solutions-driven work, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven leadership/team involvement, values diverse environment. Those are skills. So we can create Skills section.
- Benefits (list)
- Pay (Compensation Range)
- Schedule (on-site four days, remote one)
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content.
We need to preserve all substantive info. Ensure we don't lose any details.
Let's extract content.
Intro paragraphs:

That's the intro. We'll put that under About the role.
Responsibilities list:
- Develop broad supply chain expertise by learning industry fundamentals (modes, capacity, pricing, service, and customer operations) through structured training, mentorship, and real-time problem solving.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a portfolio of customers by understanding what matters to their business and helping solve real supply chain challenges that affect their daily operations.
- Own shipment execution end to end, from planning through delivery, using digital and AI enabled insights to anticipate risk, inform decisions, and deliver reliable outcomes for customers.
- Leverage data analytics and technology to identify trends, uncover root causes, and turn insights into improvements in service, cost, and reliability.
- Participate in customer business reviews and planning sessions, working with experienced Account Managers, gradually taking on ownership identifying opportunities such as new lanes, service expansions, and value-added solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, pricing, operations, and capacity teams and rotate through key functional areas, building a strong internal network and a deep understanding of how decisions are made across the business.
- Embrace an ownership mindset in your work; proactively engage in improving processes, removing operational friction, and implementing best practices.
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements.
We'll output as
- each.
Requirements (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, with graduation expected by summer 2027
- Experience using customer perspective to guide decisions and actions
We'll output as list.
Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications) maybe we treat as list:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Enjoy solutions-driven work by leveraging appropriate tools to evaluate and make recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and work effectively across teams
- Proven leadership or team involvement in internships, projects, or student organizations demonstrating teamwork, influence, and problem-solving
- Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
We could also include "We value an environment where you can grow by challenging yourself, and are supported with the potential for internal promotion – within Sales, Global Forwarding, Operations, Account Management or other areas – so you can discover new interests, develop your strengths, and reach your life goals." That's more about benefits/career development. Might fit under Benefits or maybe a separate section but we have Benefits already. Could include under Benefits as career development. But we already have Benefits list; we could add that as a bullet under Benefits. However the instruction says preserve all substantive info. So we need to include that statement somewhere. It appears after "We value an environment where you can grow..." That's a paragraph about growth and internal promotion. Could be placed under Benefits or maybe under Qualifications? It's more about career development. We'll add it to Benefits section as an extra bullet.
Skills section: we could extract skill-based items from Preferred Qualifications but we already have them there. To avoid duplication, maybe we combine Preferred Qualifications into Skills and not have Qualifications section. But we need to follow instruction: use headings for sections if content exists. We can decide to have Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, and About the role. Then we can omit Qualifications section, merging preferred qualifications into Skills. However the instruction lists Qualifications as a possible heading; we can omit if we think it's redundant. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Preferred Qualifications into Skills to avoid thin Qualifications section. Let's do that.
Thus sections:
- About the role
- Responsibilities
- Requirements (Required Qualifications)
- Skills (Preferred Qualifications + skill statements)
- Benefits (including benefits list + career development paragraph)
- Pay (Compensation Range)
- Schedule (on-site/remote)
Now we need to format Benefits list: The posting includes a long list of benefits. We need to preserve all substantive info. We'll output as
- each benefit item.
Benefits list from posting:
- Three medical plans which include
- Prescription drug coverage
- Enhanced Fertility benefits
- Flexible Spending Accounts
- Health Savings Account (including employer contribution)
- Dental and Vision
- Basic and Supplemental Life Insurance
- Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
- Paid observed holidays
- 2 paid floating holidays for U.S. hourly employees
- Flexible Time Off (FTO) offered to U.S. salaried employees — no accruals and no caps.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) offered to all other employees in the U.S. and Canada
- Paid parental leave
- Paid time off to volunteer in your community
- Charitable Giving Match Program
- 401(k) with 6% company matching
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan
- Plus a broad range of career development, networking, and team-building opportunities
Also the earlier paragraph: "We value an environment where you can grow by challenging yourself, and are supported with the potential for internal promotion – within Sales, Global Forwarding, Operations, Account Management or other areas – so you can discover new interests, develop your strengths, and reach your life goals." We'll add as a bullet under Benefits.
We need to be careful to not duplicate lines. The list includes "Three medical plans which include" then sub-items. We could flatten: "Three medical plans which include prescription drug coverage, enhanced fertility benefits, flexible spending accounts, health savings account (including employer contribution), dental and vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, short-term and long-term disability." But we should preserve the info; we can keep as separate bullets for clarity.
We'll output each as
- .
Pay section: Compensation Range $24.28 - $54.99. Also note explanation about base pay etc. We'll include that prose under Pay.
Schedule: "In this role, you will work on-site with your peers four days a week, fostering creativity and producing impactful results through face-to-face interactions, with flexibility to work remotely one day a week." We'll put as prose under Schedule.
Now produce HTML fragment.
We must not include or . Just the fragment.
