At Gallagher, we help people and businesses thrive by providing exceptional service and building strong relationships. As an Account Manager in Employee Benefits, you’ll work with clients of all sizes, helping them navigate their insurance needs and find the best solutions.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Manage a book of business, serving as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in agency management system
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, claims and policy changes in a timely manner
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and provide the right solutions
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth account management
  • Support Producers and Account Executives to deliver excellent service
  • Occasionally travel to meet clients and strengthen relationships

About You

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience
  • Producer's License
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships
  • Solid financial acumen
