Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with students attending technical education programs.
- Mentor students and provide guidance on tool selection based on career and coursework goals.
- Promote the Snap-on brand by communicating the value and quality of our products.
- Develop strong partnerships with instructors, faculty, and school administrators.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective planning, organization, and territory management.
- Support school bookstores with tool forecasting, inventory planning, and ordering processes.
- Conduct product demonstrations, tool shows, and safety presentations.
- Identify and address the needs of assigned educational institutions.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3–5 years of outside sales experience required.
- Average expected salary range unique to each assigned territory, ranging from $65,000 - $100,000 annually with additional bonuses for achieving sales plan both at quarterly and annual levels.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of Snap-on products, services, and programs is preferred.
