Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for client service.
- Respond timely to client service requests as well as identify problems and develop strategic solutions.
- Manage communications for new business quotes, renewals, policy changes, audits and billing.
- Understand complex exposures including specialty product lines.
- Prepare applications, proposals and related items for existing and new business.
- Organize and prioritize workflows for assigned book(s) of business.
- Provide expert professional support to our Agent Owners and help grow and retain business.
- Affiliate with client management system and support administrative tasks and marketing projects.
- Work with sales professionals to review client exposures, loss experience, current coverages and recommend appropriate products and services on an annual basis.
- Utilize the agency management systems in an accurate and timely manner to enter and maintain all pertinent information.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 3-5+ years prior professional experience in Commercial Insurance service working with a variety of account sizes with a record of providing an exceptional experience.
- Experience handling a generalist book of business (preferred).
- Excellent presentation skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational, time management skills and strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Applied Epic experienced preferred.
Remote role but looking for an individual with Florida/Coastal experience. Excess and Surplus lines experience.
