About the role

The Account Manager serves as the main client contact in the insurance industry, providing strategic advice on coverage, risk management, and tailored insurance plans.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients on coverage adjustments and risk management strategies
• Assess and bind coverage for clients
• Manage renewals and remarketing of policies
• Prepare proposals and policy documents
• Facilitate claims processing and resolution
• Conduct policy reviews and audits
• Recommend process improvements to enhance client service

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience
• Valid Property and Casualty License
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Up-to-date industry knowledge
• Ability to learn and adopt new software
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel as needed

Qualifications
