Account Manager, Commercial Enterprise (Banking/Financial Services)

About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and assistance to federal civilian, DoW, SLED, commercial, and healthcare clients. This includes troubleshooting network issues, implementing collaboration tools, enhancing cybersecurity measures, managing data center operations, and utilizing cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to clients in various sectors including federal civilian, DoW, SLED, commercial, and healthcare.
• Identify and resolve network issues, implement and maintain collaboration tools, and enhance cybersecurity measures.
• Manage data center operations and utilize cloud services as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or a related field.
• Proficiency in networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
• Knowledge of data center operations and cloud services.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.

Pay
