About the role
Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare organizations that increase access to home-based primary care for medically complex patients and their families. You’ll lead new client development, onboarding, and strategic reviews to strengthen partnerships and identify future opportunities.
- Lead new client development and onboarding, ensuring every engagement begins with a positive experience.
- Conduct Strategic Business Reviews that strengthen partnerships and identify future opportunities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for new clients, renewals, additional services, and client re-engagement.
- Respond promptly to new inquiries and guide prospective clients toward the right HCCI solutions.
- Develop a healthy pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Serve as a trusted advisor who understands each client's goals and recommends solutions that create lasting value.
- Connect regularly with HCCIntelligence™ Community members, ensure they receive desired value, and participate in scheduled virtual office hours to upsell practice-level services.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of success in sales, business development, account management, client success, or another client-facing revenue role.
- Demonstrated success developing business, retaining clients, or expanding existing accounts.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience managing a CRM and maintaining an active pipeline.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through.
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
