About the role
We are hiring an Account Manager, Client Engagement & Adoption to join our growing Mid-Market team. This is a remote-first role based in the United States (Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred), supporting Northeast U.S. territories.
Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Exposure to commercial real estate, financial services, or SaaS environments.
- Strong sales or SDR experience is highly valued.

Pay
Base Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 USD base + 80/20 variable On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110,000 - $115,000 USD OTE is reflective of a base/variable structure. Compensation is aligned to relevant experience and uncapped commission which means top performers consistently exceed OTE targets.
Schedule
This is a remote-first role based in the United States (Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred), supporting Northeast U.S. territories. Occasional travel (25% or less) is required for client engagement, meetings, and events.
