Account Manager / Business Developer - Landscaping

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients and serve as their primary point of contact
• Build strong relationships with Property Managers, Boards, and Maintenance Teams
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify service needs
• Prepare enhancement estimates and support project scoping
• Lead renewal conversations and maintain high client retention
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure service excellence

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Account Management or client-facing experience
• Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a service-based industry preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to estimate enhancement projects and understand scopes of work
• Valid driver’s license and professional presentation
