Account Manager, Banking
The Account Manager supports the Banking Practice within Wealth Management and plays a crucial role in enhancing existing client relationships and supporting new relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the creation and review of legal documents for loan transactions.
- Overseeing the development of action plans for client servicing and coordinating with other team members.
- Acting as a resource for the relationship servicing team for highly complex WM relationships.
- Developing clear understanding of clients' needs and communicating these to service partners.
- Obtaining necessary information from partners and clients to facilitate service changes.
- Identifying service efficiency enhancements, process improvements, and service delivery.
- Communicating with clients regularly to inform them of account set-up or status, overdrafts, document requests, or other information.
- Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of loan types, services, financial statements, and documentation required to monitor client relationships.
