What does an Account Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?
- Promote the growth and development of Coca-Cola and its allied products by building trust with customers and executing promotional activities.
- Manage customer beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability to ensure proper stocking, maintenance, and rotation according to company standards.
- Collaborate with merchandisers and bulk delivery drivers to align accounts with company standards and store management.
- Sell additional displays, new products, and promotional items to increase sales volume and generate additional sales revenue.
- Maintain Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) throughout the year by confirming details with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and customer location general managers.
- Maintain back room/back stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area.
- Write up credits and ensure they are ready for pick-up by the bulk driver.
- Work with Red Auditors to promote and display products in locations throughout large stores.
- Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
- Cover Merchandising duties when necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED) or equivalent degree/certificate required
- Able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on an iPhone and iPad devices
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Driving record meets Swire's vehicle policy requirements
- Reliable form of transportation
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
