About the role
Oversees end to end security operations for assigned client accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement. As an Account Manager, you will drive account growth through service enhancements and new business development while maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develops post orders
- Works with onboarding and develops high caliber staff
- Manages workforce planning, scheduling, and team supervision
- Delivers training to ensure compliance and performance excellence
Requirements
- Serves key point of client contact to ensure high quality customer service
- Successfully handles and prioritizes multiple competing assignments and effectively manages deadlines
- Organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Associate Degree
- 3 years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management
