Account Manager
About the role

- Act as a Hilti Champion by presenting high-level customer consultations in your defined territory and representing the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
- Track progress using Salesforce to record all customer interactions, as reporting is a key part of this role.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets.
- Hands-on attitude with the ability to demonstrate tools, use platforms like Salesforce, and collaborate across departments.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license; a company car will be provided.
- Excellent time and territory management skills.
- Ability to walk on construction projects, climb scaffolding, and lift up to 65 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible and varied schedule.
Benefits
- Retention rate over 90% for the last five years, with no layoffs even during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- 80-90% of roles filled internally, emphasizing career development.
