About the role
Array is building its Account Management team to support the continued growth of the company. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring client renewals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling products or services to maximize revenue generation and hit sales targets.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients through regular communication, proactive outreach, and deep understanding of the clients' goals.
- Build a very strong understanding of Array's value propositions and become fluent with key product use cases and applications.
- Establish detailed CRM-level understanding of clients in your portfolio, including client roadmap & planning cycles, client org chart, key roles & responsibilities, etc.
- Act as a trusted escalation point for clients to help manage key situations, overcome critical challenges, and ensure success of collaborative client projects.
- Manage renewal cycles / contract negotiation by successfully balancing the needs of both the client and Array.
- Understand client needs and pain points, tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Generate sales reports, analyze customer data, and identify trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with internal teams like Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless client experience and successful outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B2C/B2B Account Management.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/growth targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales cycles.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM systems to manage client data and track sales activity.
- Knowledge of the financial and consumer cybersecurity industries and a passion for understanding the unique growth opportunities and challenges facing financial institutions, Fintechs, consumer cybersecurity, and Credit Services Organizations is a plus!

Pay
Base salary: $120,000 + for base salary, depending on experience, this role will also have a commission structure. Full-time employee compensation includes an Incentive Stock Option (ISO) grant, subject to Board approval.
