About the role
Strategically grow assigned territory by identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs and markets, and promoting value added products and services.
Build, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships while ensuring a high level of service, responsiveness, and project execution.
Manage the assigned sales territory by aligning pricing, forecasting, monitoring performance, and maintaining open communication with leadership.
Continuous development through education, certifications, seminars, and on-the-job training.
Set measurable territory goals and forecasting.
Identify and evaluate sales opportunities with new and existing customers, leverage market and product knowledge to recommend innovative solutions, prepare quotes and manage projects from concept to delivery.
Manage customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams, and monitoring service quality and project execution.
Manage territory performance by aligning with company goals, identifying margin improvement opportunities, and monitoring market trends to stay competitive.
Analyze and maintain sales performance through data-driven planning, regular updates, and proactive adjustments to meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related fields with 3 to 5 years of industry related work experience or equivalent.
Skills
Strategic thinking, customer relationship management, sales, market analysis, project management, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, adaptability, and continuous learning.
