About the role
AccountMakers has been engaged by our client, an innovative digital marketing and advertising technology company, to hire an Account Manager to oversee ongoing relationships with a portfolio of clients using their advertising and marketing technology platform. This is a fully remote position supporting clients across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns are running smoothly, performance goals are met, and opportunities for optimization are identified.
- Work closely with internal marketing strategists, media buyers, and analytics teams to deliver measurable results while maintaining strong client partnerships.
- Translate marketing performance data into clear insights for clients and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and long-term account growth.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, client services, customer success, or digital marketing account management.
- Experience working with digital advertising, marketing agencies, media buying, or marketing technology platforms.
- Strong ability to manage ongoing client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on campaign performance.
- Comfortable reviewing marketing metrics such as ROAS, conversion rates, CTR, and campaign performance data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including marketing strategists, creative teams, and analytics.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing platforms.
- A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail in managing campaigns and client expectations.
