About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, client-focused, and detail-oriented Account Manager Associate. This role will allow you to grow your insurance knowledge and advance your career in the insurance industry. The Account Manager Associate assists Account Executives and Account Managers with servicing tasks in accordance with company practices, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepares certificates of insurance and certificate holder updates as required
- Orders and processes scheduled loss runs and on-demand loss run requests
- Processes direct bill and agency bill endorsements and audits
- Provides quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriers
- Prepares policy binders for delivery to clients
- Maintains an accurate suspense system on all items requiring a response
- Inputs and maintains data in the account management system and ancillary systems
- Provides receptionist support when needed
- Performs other reasonable duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
- Superior customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems
- Must be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability or adaptability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty License for required state(s)
Qualifications
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience
- Negligible travel required
