Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines

Summary

We are looking for an energetic, client focused, and detail-oriented Account Manager Associate. If you are looking for a role that will allow you to grow your insurance knowledge as well your career in insurance, this is the position for you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares certificates of insurance and certificate holders updates as required
• Orders and processes scheduled loss runs and on demand loss run requests
• Processes direct bill and agency bill endorsements and audits
• Provides quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriers
• Prepares policy binders for delivery to clients
• Maintains an accurate suspense system on all items that require a response
• Inputs/maintains data on account management system and ancillary systems as required
• Provides receptionist support, when needed
• Performs other reasonable duties as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

• 1-2 years of insurance experience strongly preferred
• Superior customer service and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems
• Must be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal English communications skills
• Ability or adaptability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Education, Licensing or Certification Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required
• A College Degree preferred
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty License for required state(s)

Department Account Management & Service Required Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant experience required
