Account Manager- 1796

Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with over a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services. We help clinicians monitor the use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs, providing objective information about patients' recent use to support effective treatment plans.

About the role

This field-based Account Manager position requires daily travel within the assigned territory. You will maintain, nurture, and grow existing client relationships while working with a talented team to ensure best-in-class service, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with accounts in assigned regions.
• Schedule and deliver field training sessions for clients and their staff.
• Identify account needs and provide top-tier support by coordinating with internal Millennium Health stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, confidentiality, compliance, and cybersecurity policies at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (A.A. or B.S.) from a four-year accredited university.
• 1+ years of account management, customer support, or field-based experience.
• Outstanding relationship-building skills and a strong customer service aptitude.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is valuable.
• Uncompromising ethics and integrity.
• CRM experience (preferably Salesforce) and comfort using technology platforms while traveling.
• Clean driving record and ability to maintain a home office.
