We need to output HTML fragment with sections for About the role? The posting includes description of role, responsibilities, experience needed, what could set you apart, salary range, application window date. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to map content. We have: - About the role: The first paragraph: "The Account Executive is a client-facing, sales role responsible for revenue generation, customer relationship and Equifax engagement within accounts in the Utilities . The Account Executive must orchestrate other company resources efficiently to drive sales and revenue growth of a full Equifax solutions portfolio." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: The bullet list under "What You Will Do". We need to put that in
  • . - Requirements: The "What Experience You Need" bullet list. - Qualifications: Could be the "What Could Set You Apart" maybe? Or we could treat "What Could Set You Apart" as Qualifications or Skills. The instruction says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. We have salary range and incentive info: that's Pay. We have application window date: maybe Schedule? Actually schedule is about work schedule; not present. Could drop Schedule. Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly; no benefits details. So we should not include Benefits. Skills: Could include "Strong executive presence, communication skills, and sales technology knowledge including G-Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Salesforce". That's skills. Qualifications: Could include "Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience", "Masters or advanced degree". Also maybe "Solution experience - credit risk, data driven marketing, commercial, or identity and fraud". That's qualifications. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Also not include Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all bullet points. Let's extract bullet points from "What You Will Do". It's a paragraph with sentences separated by spaces. We need to turn each sentence into a list item? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The posting currently is not formatted as list but we can treat each sentence as a duty. We'll need to split into items. Let's list duties: - Build trust – establish positive relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and dedication to value (value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions) - Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with current clients within different industries such as travel, telecommunications, and utilities/energy - Develops strong working relationship with client economic buyers, decision makers, and influencers - Strengthens the business relationship by expanding the ways in which customer relies on Equifax as a trusted advisor - Promote a customer focus – work to understands each account’s strategic growth plans, data and technology strategy, and the competitive landscape - Develop a deep understanding of the customer strategies, priorities, needs and organizational structure - Engages with clients on a consultative basis to learn their business, anticipate needs, and position optimal solutions - Provide account leadership – create and maintain actionable account plans to guide, develop strategies and identify new business opportunities to ensure revenue target delivery and profitable growth - Defines and executes sales strategies that drive profitable growth while delivering meaningful customer value - Identifies, develops, manages, and closes customer opportunities spanning all Equifax solutions - Orchestrates and leverages Equifax account, solution, and delivery pre-sales/sales resources effectively and at appropriate times to move opportunities forward and to maintain customer satisfaction - Leads account strategy and planning motions with cross-functional team to align customer business imperatives with Equifax solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional experts internally to best align with customers and win new business opportunities - Prepares and conducts periodic customer business reviews - Manages contracting and contract compliance - Drives strong pipeline development and sales execution We need to keep the exact phrasing? Probably okay to keep as is. Now Requirements bullet list from "What Experience You Need": - 7-10 years of experience exceeding sales goals in B2B account management, partner sales, business development or related sales role - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience - Solution experience - credit risk, data driven marketing, commercial, or identity and fraud - Successful experience of working with people across functions and geographies to a desired outcome (matrixed environment) - Strong executive presence, communication skills, and sales technology knowledge including G-Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Salesforce Note: The last bullet overlaps with skills; but we can keep it under Requirements. Now "What Could Set You Apart": - Experience selling into the following industries - utilities/energy - Masters or advanced degree We could treat these as Qualifications or Skills. Since we already have Skills section for communication and tech knowledge, we could put industry experience and advanced degree under Qualifications. Now Pay: salary range and incentive. - A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $113,180.00 to $160,000.00. - This position is also eligible for our sales incentive compensation program at approximately 55%. Also mention that Equifax required to include good-faith salary range; but we can keep that as part of Pay section. Now Schedule: none. Now Benefits: none. Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings

for each section we include. We must not include empty sections. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Pay. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Now we need to wrap each section's content appropriately: after

      heading, we can have

      for prose,

      • for lists. For About the role: we have a couple sentences; we can put in

        . For Responsibilities:

        • each duty. For Requirements:
          • each requirement. For Qualifications: maybe
            • for industry experience and advanced degree. For Skills: maybe
              • for skills (executive presence, communication, sales tech knowledge). However note that the skills bullet also appears in Requirements; but we can still include it under Skills as separate. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can duplicate? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicating is okay as long as we don't lose info. However we might want to avoid duplication but it's not prohibited. Safer to include each piece once. Let's allocate: - Requirements: include the experience, degree, solution experience, cross-functional work experience. - Skills: include strong executive presence, communication skills, sales technology knowledge (G-Suite, MS Office, Salesforce). This is also in Requirements but we can still include; but to avoid duplication we could move it to Skills and remove from Requirements. However the Requirements bullet includes that as part of the list; if we remove it, we might lose that piece from Requirements. But we can keep it in both sections; it's still preserving info. The instruction does not forbid duplication. It says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is not inventing or summarizing away; it's preserving. So okay. Thus we can keep Requirements as given (including that bullet). And Skills as separate list. Now Pay: we can put in

with both sentences. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range..." That's part of Pay; we can keep. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft. We'll need to escape any HTML special characters? The text includes ampersand (&) in "G-Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Salesforce". No issues. Also bullet points include hyphens; fine. We'll produce:
