What you'll do (responsibilities)
- Run full-cycle outbound and inbound sales, from prospecting to close
- Conduct compelling discovery calls and product demos tailored to Finance and Procurement buyers
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline across the entire sales cycle
- Partner with SDRs to develop outreach strategies and share market feedback
- Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot and leverage Gong for deal coaching
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- 1+ years of full-cycle SaaS/tech sales experience with a proven track record of closing
- Strong outbound experience (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
- Confidence engaging Finance and Procurement executives (CFOs, Controllers, Procurement Managers)
- Excellent discovery and demo skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a hunger to grow
- Experience selling procurement, AP automation, ERP, or adjacent FinTech software
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Gong
- Experience at an early-stage or scaling SaaS company
- History of quick career progression
- Ability to build outbound sequences and messaging without heavy marketing support
