About the role

You will own end-to-end sales processes from intro call through to close and onboarding for some of the coolest technical companies (existing customers incl. Monday.com, Grafana, n8n, Logitech and over 200 others).

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales processes from intro call through to close and onboarding for some of the coolest technical companies (existing customers incl. Monday.com, Grafana, n8n, Logitech and over 200 others).
  • Strong interest in AI.
  • Excited to travel to our Copenhagen hub once per quarter to co-locate with full team.

Requirements

  • Based in New York (we just opened an office!)
  • 3+ years sales experience
  • Have sold B2B SaaS products
  • Strong interest in AI
  • Excited to travel to our Copenhagen hub once per quarter to co-locate with full team
  • Intro chat with a co-founder (20-minutes)
  • Paid take-home to assess your skills
  • Live sales case with our founding AE (1 hour)
  • 3-day paid work trial to collaborate with our team and ensure it’s the right fit for both sides

Qualifications

  • We make it easy for technical companies to build AI assistants.
  • Companies like Docker, Grafana and Mixpanel deploy kapa in the following ways:
  • - As chat interface on their public documentation to answer developer questions.
  • - As first line of defense on their support forms to reduce tickets.
  • - As internal assistant for their GTM teams to navigate their own complex product.
  • We leverage companies existing technical knowledge sources including documentation, tutorials, forum posts, Slack channels, GitHub issues and many more to generate AI assistants that can handle complicated technical questions.
  • More than 200 companies use kapa and we have answered more than 10 million questions to date.

  • Comp is uncapped, so if you crush + build your own pipeline you can make a ton more than OTE.
