Job Responsibilities
Working alongside and cooperatively with Producers
- Client relationship management and initiating new sales
- Retention of the account, acting as the de facto technical expert and broker-consultant
- Informing Producers about and preparing for all client meetings and interfaces
- Marketing of accounts and preparing proposals for Producers
- Knowledgeable about client’s business and industry, articulating applicable exposures and risk management solutions
- Lead claims liaison, preparing and coordinating claims reviews
- Managing accounts receivable issues
- Preparing policies for delivery and addressing concerns with markets
- Overseeing and coordinating HUB services to assigned clients
- Ensuring timely and high-quality client service delivery
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of other HUB products and services
Secondary Role
- Assisting Producers on new business opportunities
- Managing a team of Account Managers (AMs)
Qualifications
- Property and Casualty License required
- At least 5 years of Transportation Insurance experience
- Experience with influencing C-level executives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint programs
- High energy, detail-oriented, self-starter
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and delegate responsibility
- Some travel possible
