What You'll Do
- Develop and manage relationships with school districts, education leaders, and community partners throughout Texas.
- Lead consultative sales conversations focused on understanding challenges and delivering solutions that support student and educator success.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship-building to onboarding and implementation planning.
- Support districts through successful adoption by coordinating training plans, implementation schedules, and ongoing engagement strategies.
- Conduct virtual trainings and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Attend conferences, regional events, and networking opportunities to build partnerships and generate new business.
- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve growth goals while advancing the Harmony Academy mission.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience selling educational programs, edtech solutions, or related services.
- Experience implementing educational programs and delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and building relationships with education leaders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree.
- Experience selling and implementing Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum or programs.
- Experience working with large school districts and multi-site implementations.
- Existing relationships within the Texas K-12 education community.
Location & Travel
- Remote position.
- Candidates must reside in Texas.
- Frequent travel throughout the region required.
- Up to 50% travel.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $63,020 – $86,020 annually.
