About The Role
The role drives revenue growth by managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying high-value B2B SaaS accounts to negotiating and closing complex enterprise-grade deals. This position partners closely with sales engineering and product teams to map technical capabilities to business outcomes, ensuring high win rates and long-term customer success in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and close a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts within the assigned geographic territory
- Conduct deeply researched discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations to VP- and C-level stakeholders
- Collaborate with solution engineers to design technical proof-of-concepts addressing specific customer pain points
- Maintain high outbound prospecting activity alongside inbound lead follow-up to consistently exceed quarterly quota targets
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing agreements, and contract redlines in partnership with legal and finance teams
- Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene within Salesforce, logging detailed notes on deal velocity and blocker resolution
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of direct B2B SaaS closing experience, ideally selling technical software or infrastructure products
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an individual annual quota of $800k+
- Strong command of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Sandler, or Challenger Sale
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with experience presenting to technical and executive audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Bonus: Prior experience working in a high-growth startup environment and familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfo
