About The Role
The role drives new business acquisition by managing the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to close. As an Account Executive, you will present complex SaaS solutions to technical and business decision-makers, demonstrating how the platform solves critical operational inefficiencies. This position requires a consultative, value-based sales approach to navigate mid-market and enterprise transactions. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating market share and expanding the customer base in a highly competitive technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, negotiating, and closing new business
- Deliver highly tailored product demonstrations that map technical capabilities to prospective client pain points and business goals
- Maintain a robust and accurate pipeline within Salesforce, providing reliable quarterly revenue forecasts to sales leadership
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Product teams to address complex technical requirements during the evaluation phase
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contract agreements with procurement and legal departments
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless post-sale onboarding and long-term customer retention
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of quota-carrying sales experience, specifically selling B2B SaaS or technical software products
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas and revenue targets
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex software architectures and APIs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience selling to VP and C-level executives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Bonus: Experience utilizing modern sales stack tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Gong
