Account Executive (Sports)
Responsibilities

- Build Strategic Relationships: Identify and engage potential clients, showcasing the power of sports sponsorships and integrated marketing.
- Own the Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle, from crafting engaging presentations to negotiating contracts and delivering comprehensive end-of-year reviews.
- Maximize Client Growth: Cultivate and expand your client portfolio, driving renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Be a Key Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, partners, and athletic departments to foster strong, collaborative relationships.
- Stay Ahead of the Game: Remain at the forefront of sports sponsorship trends and adapt swiftly to industry shifts and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years of sales success, demonstrating your drive and capability.
- Sports Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to sell integrated sports marketing partnerships, including signage, radio, social, and digital elements.
- Negotiation Mastery: Exceptional negotiation skills, enabling you to influence key stakeholders and close deals.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding presentation, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Digital Savvy: Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social, content, banners, mobile, retargeting, websites, and analytics.
