Account Executive - SouthEast

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of email requests and respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide effective and accurate product recommendations, quotes, and order processing.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance partnerships with existing value-added resellers and expand their vendor mix.
• Cultivate strong relationships with assigned territory partners and serve as the primary point of contact to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Identify partners with the greatest upside based on solution sales that align with Climb’s product portfolio.
• Consistently articulate Climb Channel Solutions’ value proposition to partners to maintain and increase Climb’s presence within each customer.
• Measure partners’ success metrics to prioritize investments for future growth.
• Act as a liaison between vendor partners and channel resellers to grow business within the assigned territory and gain market share.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and selling techniques.
• Familiarity with Pipeline and Forecasting methodology.
• Experience assisting customers with maximizing upsell opportunities, such as multi-year, extended maintenance, cross-sell, etc.
• New partner prospecting & recruitment experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of different CRM tools.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years professional experience preferred.
• A Bachelor's Degree preferred.
