About the role

iHeartMedia is seeking an Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role leverages proven goal-driven mindset, fast-paced work ethic, and exceptional client service skills to exceed clients' expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and utilize iHeart’s Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings, research, consistent daily cold-calling, and cultivating existing business
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and deliver compelling sales presentations

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, expert negotiator, and proactive
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Communicate persuasively
  • Comfortable with cold-calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Digital/Media Sales experience a plus but not required

Qualifications

  • The natural ability to organize and prioritize day-to-day tasks
  • Experience managing complex, multi-platform campaigns
  • Analytics experience
  • iHeart and/or audio advertising background
  • Well-connected in the market

Pay

$40,000 - $50,000 per year, with the possibility of uncapped commission and eligibility for commissions.
