- Account & Team Management Support
- Brand & Business Knowledge: Build a strong understanding of clients, their industries and campaign objectives across social, influencer and earned media
- Project Coordination: Support timelines, budgets and project plans, helping ensure work is delivered on time and within scope
- Workflow Management: Coordinate day-to-day tasks across teams and help keep projects moving efficiently
- Resource Management: Accurately manage time in Harvest and communicate workload or bandwidth concerns
- Effective Communication
- Client Correspondence: Support day-to-day client communications, meeting notes and follow-ups with professionalism and accuracy
- Written Deliverables: Draft polished client-facing materials, including agendas, status reports, social copy and presentations
- Presentation Support: Assist in developing presentations and confidently share updates during internal and client meetings
- Strategic Planning
- Research & Social Listening: Conduct research, competitive reviews and channel audits to uncover insights and opportunities
- Audience & Platform Knowledge: Apply platform best practices and audience insights to strengthen campaign recommendations
- Integrated Thinking: Contribute ideas that support integrated social, influencer and earned media programs
- Creative Thinking
- Trend Spotting: Monitor platform updates, cultural moments and emerging trends to identify opportunities for brands
- Content Ideation: Contribute creative ideas for social content, campaigns and real-time activations
- Influencer Support: Research creators and influencer opportunities that align with campaign goals
- Brainstorm Participation: Bring curiosity, creativity and fresh thinking to team brainstorms
- Program Execution
- Social Media Management: Support day-to-day publishing, content calendars and platform management while ensuring accuracy and quality
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with online communities, helping brands build meaningful relationships through timely, on-brand interactions
- Content Creation: Write social copy and capture or edit social-first content to support always-on and campaign work
- Influencer Coordination: Support creator outreach, approvals, logistics and reporting
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, strategy, analytics and account teams to execute integrated campaigns
- KPI, Merchandising & Reporting
- Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance and identify emerging trends and insights
- Reporting: Help develop client reports and summarize key performance takeaways
- Optimization: Contribute recommendations to improve content and campaign performance over time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the advertising, marketing, or communications industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Understanding of SEO and SEM principles
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social

Pay
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (This range reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. We typically make offers within the 25th to 75th percentiles of the range and do not exceed the listed maximum. Final offers are based on experience, skills and qualifications.)
