Responsibilities
- Possess and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies targeting SMB accounts.
- Follow up with leads and manage a high-volume pipeline with short sales cycles.
- Drive product-led sales cycles, including trials and transitions from self-service to paid models.
- Execute growth experiments and contribute to broader GTM initiatives.
- Ensure CRM data is accurate and actionable.
Requirements
- At least 2-5 years of successful closing experience in SMB or commercial environments.
- Strong foundation in both outbound and inbound sales techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, effective lead sequencing, and cold calling skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience in selling SaaS or dev tools preferred.
- A hunger for action, a scrappy attitude, and a bias towards taking initiative.
- Organized and capable of managing their own sales book.
- Bonus points for Spanish-language proficiency.
Job Title and Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $150,000, based on full-time employment.
