Account Executive - SMB - Small

Responsibilities
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers to meet their needs, create new business opportunities and drive cross-sell and upsell
- Present the value of integrating NAVEX One platform solutions to prospects and customers
- Leverage your prospecting techniques and resources to identify new contacts and opportunities within your territory while nurturing relationships to drive interest and advance sales goals
- Create and leverage your network of internal and external partners to improve access to resources and expertise to best engage our customers and support the sales cycle
- Navigate buying groups across different functions and use your knowledge of the complexity of a multi-party/enterprise sale to advance sales goals
- Deliver persuasive presentations in an engaging and compelling manner to impress prospects and customers, storytelling actual business scenarios to key decision-makers
- Identify and meet customer needs with robust discovery and consultative value selling
- Develop and prioritize a pipeline of opportunity beyond what is needed to achieve your sales goals, accurately forecasting sales
- Attend initial in-person 1-week intensive training and on-going virtual weekly product trainings to stay well informed on industry trends and up to date on NAVEX’s always evolving solutions
- Crush your sales quota, negotiating and closing opportunities
Requirements
2+ years of quota-carrying B2B (business-to-business) sales experience; SaaS experience preferred but not required
Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a high-volume, transactional sales environment
Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills with a demonstrated hunter mentality and ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities with discipline and a sense of urgency
Ability to deliver clear, compelling product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers

Qualifications
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Sales Navigator)
Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the compliance and risk management industry
Benefits
Competitive starting pay of $34.62 per hour
Target variable pay of $36,000 based on individual achievement factors
