What You'll Do
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound opportunities
- Qualify quickly and focus on the deals that matter
- Run efficient discovery and demos with a clear focus on value
- Close deals in shorter sales cycles (typically 2–6 weeks)
- Consistently hit and exceed revenue and activity targets
- Maintain clean pipeline and strong follow-up across all deals
- Use CRM as your operating system to manage volume effectively
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of SaaS sales experience (or strong SDR ready to step up)
- Evidence of hitting targets in a high-velocity environment
- Strong qualification skills — you know when to push and when to walk away
- Clear, confident communicator
- Highly organized and disciplined with pipeline management
- High energy and resilience — you can handle volume without losing quality
