What You'll Be Doing
- Become a product expert and an expert in consulting businesses from a wide variety of industries.
- Consult businesses who have signed up to the platform in order to make them paying customers.
- Provide top-notch customer service.
- Help improve the product based on knowledge and feedback gathered.
- Manage the full sales cycle.
- Present Connecteam's platform as the ideal solution for their clients' needs.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Account Executive sales experience in SaaS companies.
- Strong record of quota attainment.
- Strong customer relationship skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization.
- Self-learner, autodidact, and highly independent.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with CRM and project management tools.
- Energetic, positive, and motivated.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup dynamic environment.
- Ability to work in-office three days a week.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
