What You'll Be Doing

  • Become a product expert and an expert in consulting businesses from a wide variety of industries.
  • Consult businesses who have signed up to the platform in order to make them paying customers.
  • Provide top-notch customer service.
  • Help improve the product based on knowledge and feedback gathered.
  • Manage the full sales cycle.
  • Present Connecteam's platform as the ideal solution for their clients' needs.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of Account Executive sales experience in SaaS companies.
  • Strong record of quota attainment.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization.
  • Self-learner, autodidact, and highly independent.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with CRM and project management tools.
  • Energetic, positive, and motivated.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work in-office three days a week.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
