Account Executive, SMB
Job Summary
Responsible for the sale of integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium business customers. Develops relationships with individual businesses and the community, positioning Comcast as a key component of the sales strategy.
Core Responsibilities
- Creates and delivers face-to-face sales presentations showcasing knowledge of latest Comcast products and services.
- Promotes the sale of bundled products to ensure optimal solutions for customers.
- Sells with goals of exceeding departmental, financial, and unit targets.
- Stays informed about competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively in the market.
- Generates new leads through various prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
- Focuses on goal achievement and is results-driven.
- Develops and maintains sales territories, including cultivating local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.
- Retains customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo, ensuring a superior customer experience, and maintaining strong customer service orientation and follow-up skills.
- Prepares sales and activity reports as required.
- Participates in out-of-the-office meetings with customers regularly, demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills, and presenting, persuading, and negotiating effectively.
- Sells with goals of exceeding departmental, financial, and unit targets.
- Consistently exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Works regularly nights and weekends, and participates in variable schedules and overtime as necessary.

Pay
Base Pay: $52,416.00
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $82,416.00
