About the role
Join the 8am™ (formerly AffiniPay) SMB Sales Team! We're hiring Account Executives to bring our product suite to small and mid-sized law firms. You'll own prospecting, product demos, and closing new business - driving growth and winning new logos.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and product demos to deal negotiation and close, with support from marketing and XDR
- Build a comprehensive understanding of our software solutions and competitive landscape (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) to best position these products in the market
- Empower our customers by connecting our value proposition directly to customer ROI
- Build trusted relationships that go beyond the first sale - earning repeat business, referrals, and customer loyalty by understanding what matters most to your clients
Requirements
- 1+ years of consultative, B2B sales w/ closing experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- Ability to cold call prospects and convert conversations into pipeline opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for sales and a self-driven sense of motivation
- The ability to act as a consultant and get prospects to think differently about their business
- Attention to detail & ability to thrive in a growing environment

Pay
Estimated on-target earnings (OTE): $130,000–$140,000. This role includes uncapped commission, giving you the opportunity to exceed your earnings potential based on performance.

Hybrid work model available for candidates living near San Diego or Austin offices.
