Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology or digital services company.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
