Position Summary
The Account Executive - Senior Care will be responsible for driving revenue growth through selling CE Solutions services by building and managing relationships with a wide variety of clients. You will focus on developing strong relationships with customers, defining their needs, and creating a partnership to recommend and sell solutions that best satisfy those needs. In addition, the Account Executive - Senior Care provides sales quotations and responds to requests for proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Establish new customers and relationships while retaining and building current membership.
- Understand customer’s business, needs, and challenges through excellent relationship building and communication skills.
- Strengthen current and develop new CE Solutions partner company relationships including HPSI, AHCA, and Leading Age.
- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct CE Solutions learning management demonstrations and presentations tailored to the senior care industry.
- Recommend and suggest suitable products or services that positively impact customer business goals.
- Solution Selling
- Understand client challenges and position products/services as solutions that improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, or compliance.
- Collaboration and Reporting
- Help to maintain customer and prospect databases for tracking, marketing, and reporting purposes.
- Cook up ongoing education on current issues relevant to customers and prospects (e.g. webinars, live presentations, web-based courses).

- Actively participate in conventions/meetings that include Local and National AHCA/Leading Age Association meetings.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about senior care industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights to internal teams to help shape product development and positioning.
- Author timely communications to keep customers informed of the latest industry news, events, and initiatives.
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years sales experience.
- Multi-year experience in the healthcare profession, preferably Senior Care.
- Skills & Competencies
- Sound interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required for the purpose of developing and delivering presentations as well as creating, composing and editing written materials.
- Strong organization, planning, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships, rapport, and respect for customers.
- A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning.
- Expertise with technology (CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, web-based software applications, etc.).
- Sitting for long amounts of time.
- Using technology efficiently such as computers, phones, misc. office equipment.
- Standing.
