What You’ll Do
As a Senior Account Executive in Nexxen’s Strategic Sales Team, you will:
- Grow sales and evangelize the Nexxen managed service offering
- Expand awareness of the Nexxen end-to-end solution to Atlanta-based advertisers and ad agencies
- Lead all tactical sales and client management responsibilities
- Drive revenue through a combination of account management and proactive selling
- Deliver superior client service and results
- Build long-term, reliable relationships with agencies and direct clients
- Manage strategic and complicated sales cycles involving multiple internal and external teams
- Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Identify business challenges that Nexxen's solutions can address
- Innovate and implement solutions for unarticulated needs and both new and existing market requirements
What Will I Bring?
A proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations, understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, strong communication skills, established relationships with decision-makers, ability to manage complex sales cycles, and a collaborative approach to success.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of outbound sales experience in programmatic digital advertising
- Experience selling insertion order media and managed services to brands and independent ad agencies
- Understanding of DSP, SSP, DMP, ad networks, ad exchanges, ad servers, SEM platforms, or other online advertising technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients
- Established network of relationships with decision-makers at brands and independent advertising agencies
- Ability to manage strategic and complicated sales cycles involving multiple internal and external teams
- Accustomed to building own processes to hold oneself accountable in sales cycle
- Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Successful negotiation experience, producing impactful results
Career Path
We value diversity and welcome applications from candidates who may not match this job description perfectly. The minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $90,000 - $150,000 at the time of posting, with the potential for an incentive or bonus. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
