Responsibilities
- Execute a revenue-driven strategy focused on growth, profitability, and long-term customer loyalty.
- Use market insights and prospecting tools to identify high-value opportunities.
- Ask the right questions to uncover customer pain points and deliver smart, consultative, solutions-based recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers through both technical and business questions.
- Develop tailored proposals, including clear project costs and implementation plans.
- Maintain a strong sales funnel — forecasting confidently and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotes, contracts, and documentation.
- Stay sharp by understanding the competitive landscape and positioning our solutions to win.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales — ideally in security systems or solutions selling.
- A strong track record of crushing goals and building trust with clients.
- Experience using a CRM to manage pipelines and keep deals moving.
- Excellent forecasting and pipeline management abilities.
- The confidence to explain product features and connect them to customer benefits.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong time management and the ability to focus on the activities that produce results.
- Experience working with government, PD, FD, or EMS agencies (preferred).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.
