Job Overview

The Account Executive - Retail and Consumer is a full portfolio seller focusing on a specific list of Enterprise and Strategic clients. Responsibilities include generating sales in excess of $5+M per year of IT consulting services, building strong relationships, and managing customer engagement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Applies and leverages Perficient Sales Processes, Solution Selling and Account Management practices.
  • Generates sales in excess of $5+M per year of IT consulting services.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, including Fortune 500, CIOs, Senior Information Systems Executives, and Senior Business Executives.
  • Manages customer engagement opportunities from lead generation to deal review, negotiations, and closing a deal.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 5+ years of services sales or professional consulting experience.
  • Experience in Retail, Distribution, Travel and Hospitality industries a plus.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue objectives in complex solutions environments at Fortune 500 clients.
  • Knowledge of/experience with structured sales methodologies such as Strategic Selling, Solution Selling, SPIN, Power-based Selling, Target Account Selling.
  • Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and listening skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-Enhanced platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $125,000.00 to $200,000.00. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs.

Schedule

Location options are available in Atlanta, Dallas, or Houston.
