Key Responsibilities
- Develop task-specific grading rubrics for enterprise sales deliverables including outbound prospecting sequences, discovery and demo call plans, account and territory plans, proposals, mutual action plans, and pipeline forecast reviews
- Score completed work samples both human-produced and model-generated against defined criteria, providing detailed written justification for every rating
- Maintain scoring consistency and reproducibility across evaluations, ensuring judgments are evidence-based and defensible under peer review
- Incorporate calibration feedback from senior reviewers and iterate rapidly on grading methodology
- Apply deep fluency in enterprise sales craft to identify precisely what separates work that would convert from work that would not
Core Requirements
- Demonstrable quota-carrying B2B sales experience in an Account Executive or Senior SDR capacity, with a focus on large enterprise accounts
- Hands-on command of the full enterprise sales cycle: outbound sequencing, multi-stakeholder discovery, pipeline hygiene, and structured forecast management
- Prior proven ability to articulate in writing exactly why a deliverable (email, a proposal, a call plan) would or would not resonate with a real economic buyer
- Familiarity with recognized sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or equivalent) sufficient to evaluate adherence and deviation
- Comfort operating under peer calibration, with scores reviewed and benchmarked against other expert evaluators
- A high tolerance for detail-intensive, judgment-heavy work within a structured, asynchronous workflow
Additional Strengths
- Prior involvement in LLM training, human-data annotation, or model evaluation projects
- Experience designing internal quality scorecards, sales enablement rubrics, or rep coaching frameworks
