Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing customized solutions.
- Aid in qualifying new business opportunities in conjunction with the sales team.
- Stay updated on insurance products, regulations, and industry trends to effectively advise clients on the most suitable insurance solutions.
- Carefully coordinate policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze clients' risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage options to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate client records, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage documentation related to insurance policies.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and finance teams to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions and excellent customer service.
- Educate clients on insurance-related topics, including coverage options, policy features, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators, such as client retention rates, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in insurance sales, account management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting principles, and risk management concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., CIC, CPCU) are a plus.
Qualifications
- Mid Level (3-6 years) experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
